Service was terrible

Ordered this shirt and 5 minutes later, noticed I didn't hit the Premium tee. Sent them an email immediately to ammend it (24 hour notice) was the rule on their website for any changes to orders. When I got the shirt, it was just a typical Gildan shirt with loose sleeves and it faded after one wash. The shirt almost cost me 30$ and it's trash. Why did they even change their shirts? I used to love their shirts and their service, I don't know what happened. Not ordering shirts from here again.
