I love the shirt. But I ordered the shirt on the morning of 12/3/21. Since it was a Christmas shirt, I expected the wait time to be relatively short. I received no updates, notifications, etc. from RIPT. I emailed inquiring the status of my shipment on December 13, 14, and 15. I did not receive a response until the morning of 12/16, which said that my shirt had shipped and would be delivered on 12/17 (I was planning on wearing it for an event I was going to on 12/18). So yes, you did make things right and express ship me my shirt (thank you), but that does not 100% make up for the fact that it was no movement on my order for almost two-weeks. I do not 100% trust RIPT to send an order in under 2-weeks. I believe that had I not sent multiple emails, I would have received it much later than when I did.
